A report from the British Federation of Herpetologists, (reptile folk), asserts that more reptiles than dogs are kept as pets . Which is a bit sad but not really a surprise, as it mirrors the change in lifestyles:
The green graph shows the increase in reptile ownership. The red graph shows the increase of Big Fat People over the same time period. It’s obvious really that having a reptile as a pet leads to lazing about, eating vast amounts of cream and chocolate, deep fried Christmas cake and the like. Having a dog as a pet leads to fitness, health and beauty, natch.
Does Doctor Dawg need to say any more?
(Anyone fancy a Big MacLizard and fries?)
